As Senior Vice President of Customer Development for Unilever USA, Todd is responsible for the strategic direction and business delivery of revenues tallying more than $11 billion all Unilever categories.
Previously, Todd was SVP of Unilever’s Skin Category for Europe and Russia, working to maintain leading market positions in skin, face and baby care and men’s grooming for a range of brands, including Dove, Axe, Radox, Duschdas, Badedas, Vaseline, Ponds, Williams, Zwitsal, and Fissan.
Over his career, Todd has delivered an impressive track record driving market development and sales growth. He played a key leadership role in the successful expansion of Dove from a personal wash brand to a personal care brand, with extensions into deodorant and hair care. He also helped drive Axe to the #1 men’s care brand by leading the growth of body sprays and delivering growth into deodorant sticks and shower gel.
Todd has a BS in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
