Isaac, a native of Ghana, is the Principal and Founder of BOTHO Limited, an Africa-focused market insight, strategic management and investment advisory firm with an emphasis on opportunities in emerging markets. He has over 15 years of experience in change and project management, supply-chain management and business development with areas of expertise ranging from market entry analysis, capital attraction, process design and implementation to China | Africa relations and political and economic risk analysis. His clients include governments, corporations, high net-worth investors and public sector actors in Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Isaac has a BA from Hanover College, an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago and an MBA from DePaul University. IN 2014, he was named an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow. The fellowships, which are supported by the Nobel laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu, are designed to nurture the leadership talents of exceptional African professionals between 25 to 40 years old to produce a network of "servant-leaders" spanning the continent.
