At Reboot Partners, Dean helps multi-national corporations seize emerging market opportunities by tapping into the entrepreneurial movement through the “Dancing with Startups” network of stealth upstarts, incubators and accelerators, while embedding entrepreneurial-grade talent and innovation-labs inside large organizations.
At Boardroom Innovation, Dean is a Board Leadership Fellow, The National Association of Corporate Directors, teaching the Directors' Certification Program at the Corporate Directors Institute. He is a keynote speaker, professor, co-author with Seth Godin of the best-selling book, "The Big Moo," and co-founder of the popular crowd-sourced site Innovation Excellence. As an Adjunct Lecturer of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Dean teaches Kellogg’s Corporate Innovation and New Ventures classes onsite at Fortune 100 headquarter locations.
