Brian joined Exelon in 1994 and has since held a variety of roles within the company. He started in engineering at the Quad Cities Generating Station, serving first as a design change coordinator, then moving into nuclear oversight, performing root cause evaluations.
Brian transitioned into the information technology (IT) department as a client support analyst, working on applications for a nuclear generating station. Relocating to the Chicagoland area as a lead client support analyst, he coordinated nuclear fleet-wide programs. This set the stage for numerous management level positions supporting all of Exelon’s business units.
Currently, Brian is the director of the Emerging Technology team, tasked with solving high-value business challenges using scalable emerging technology.
Brian has served as the Area Chair of Technology for the University of Phoenix, Chicago Campus, overseeing the technology program and associated facility. He also teaches Management and Technology courses to undergraduate students. Gary graduated from Hamilton Technical College with a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Chicago Campus.
